Deadline for early bird registration is February 15, 2009. Deadline for late registration is May 15, 2009, after May 15 you can register on site.
Participants who want to benefit from reduced congress fee may go to the Union website, pay the Union fee and then, having the membership number can have the reduced fee.
Cancellation and refund of the registration fee:
Cancellations will be accepted in writing until February 15, 2009.

Cancellation and hotel accommodation:
Hotel reservations should be sent to Pripol komunikacije Ltd by April 1, 2009. For reservations received after that date, an additional fee of 25 Euro per person/stay is required. The cost of the first night is not refundable in case of cancellation after April 1, 2009 minus administrative charges. Accommodation cost have to be paid no later than April 1, 2009. Hotel rooms will be confirmed on a first-serve basis upon reception by Pripol of the Hotel Accommodation Form. Hotel requests received after April 1, 2009 will be processed however, Pripol cannot guarantee the hotel choice.
Cancellation of hotel booking is accepted only in written form. All refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the Congress. Please do not contact the hotel directly for any reservation changes or cancellations!
