Abstract submission
Authors interested in presenting a poster at the Symposium are invited to submit an abstract on the topic of the symposium. Abstract should reach the PCO no latter than February 15, 2009. All submissions are to be done electronically via the on-line submission system. Submissions by email/fax are not accepted. The Scientific Committee of the symposium will review the abstract. Accepted abstracts will be published in printed and web programs promoting the symposium. The contact author will be notified of abstract acceptance. Final placement in poster session is subject to the Committee's discretion. Instructions for poster presentations will be sent by e-mail.
NOTE: Each author can submit up to one (01) abstracts for invited poster presentations. The system would automatically remove the link for another submission once you have submitted one (01) abstract as a presenting author.
- The above author is expected to be the registered participant of the symposium.
- Each registration is entitled to one (01) poster presentations at the symposium.
- The above author can be a co-author of any number of abstract provided he/she is NOT the presenting author.
Guidelines for Submission
Please, use the on-line abstract submission form and the following guidelines when writing and sending your abstracts:
- The abstract must be written in English
- The abstract must be submitted on-line on the website Pripol.org/neuro2009 , current events info» neuroimaging of developmental disorders » section- abstract submission on-line
- The abstract body has maximum of 300 words
- The title, author(s), and affiliation(s) are written separately, in the corresponding boxes. Please type in "Normal sentence case" - not all capitals
- The abstract must include: an objective, materials and methods, results and a conclusion
- Tables, diagrams, pictures are not included in the abstract and will not be accepted or printed as a part of the abstract
- State the e-mail address of the corresponding author
- Standard abbreviations may be used, all other abbreviations must be explained in brackets after the first use of the word
